Here’s a list of reasons why:

The Dallas Cowboys won the Super Bowl XXVII.
The #1 song was Whitney Houston’s, “I Will Always Love You.”
Time Magazine’s Man of the Year were The Peacemakers.
The top movies included Mrs. Doubtfire & Jurassic Park, Sleepless in Seattle, In the Line of Fire, & Schindler’s List.
The top toys were Power Rangers action figures, Southern Belle Barbie, & beanie babies.
The famous quote was, “The truth is out there.”
Last but not least, God blessed the greatest parents in the world with their first child.

I found this interesting because…

I’m a die hard Cowboys fan…even if they aren’t doing so hot anymore.
I’m a sucker for love.
I like to keep the peace.
I’m open to diversity and weirdness. I’m compassionate and hate evil. I’m also interested in the happenings of the world.
I like to be a Girly girl with lipstick and high heels, love to cuddle, but I can handle things on my own.
And in a worldly world, drowning in lies, my favorite quote is, “The truth will set you free.”
God blessed me with the GREATEST parents in the world.

Coincidence? I think not. Thank you, ‘93.
